We would absolutely recommend Air Conditioning Industries to anyone wanting quality service. Every person we dealt with, (maintenance, admin, sales, & new installation), were all excellent. 1x maintenance job & 2x ageing split systems replaced. Punctual, friendly, patient, knowledgeable, good communication, & with reasonable prices.

Everyone from ACI, from Luke who came to inspect and diagnose the a/c issues, to Troy who expertly outlined the options and provided the quote, to the installers on the day, who were polite, efficient, and knowledgeable throughout the 6 hour ducted system replacement. I could not recommend ACI more if you are looking for Air con help. 👍👍👍💥💥💥

Highly Recommend. Bought a house a year ago with an old ducted A/C system servicing part of the house. Troy from Air Conditioning Industries came the day after phoned and advised on three options to upgrade or replace. Received written quotes the next day. Process was simple, quick and gave us various options to consider with no pressure. Installation was carried out three weeks later (as advised) all in one day with the three Guys working flat out. System is great and couldn't be more impressed with everyone involved.

Michael and the team installed a new ducted system on our new build. Very happy with the result and service they provided.

If I could more than 5 stars I would. They were the only company willing to help when our aircon broke down 2 weeks before Christmas. Not only did they quote promptly they also very kindly squeezed us in before Christmas as we had guests staying in what would have been a very hot room. And they even charged a really good price. They have done a great job. Roy the installer was lovely & Troy the boss was super helpful. All the ladies in the office especially Julie were so helpful. Can not recommend them highly enough.

Our 18 year old unit failed in the middle of a heat wave, leading up to Christmas, and Troy came and gave us a prompt and competitive quote and managed to fit our install in before Christmas as promised. His guys worked diligently and quickly and we’re set now for what this summer brings. Troy’s manner inspired confidence and we feel we’re in good hands for the life of our new system.
